Writing grading is bought separately
Every writing task is free to read and free to attempt. Only the grade costs — four criteria, your own errors quoted and corrected, and an estimated NCLC band, written in French. It is priced per try rather than inside Plus because each grade is real work on your text, and a candidate writing daily would cost more than a subscription. Tries never expire, and Plus is not required to buy or use them.

Questions
Do I need an account to read the articles?
No. Every article at all four levels, word lookup, audio and search work with no account and no sign-in. An account is only needed to save words and track progress.
Is the free account really free?
Yes — free forever, no card, no trial that expires. It caps saved words and drills, and leaves the exam practice for Plus, but nothing about it stops working after a while.
What happens to my saved words if I cancel Plus?
Nothing is deleted. Your whole list stays, and you can keep reviewing and exporting it. You just cannot add new words past the free cap until you subscribe again.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You cancel from your own dashboard and keep Plus until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing renews after that.
Which plan should I pick if I have an exam date?
Six months. A TEF or TCF date is usually four to eight months out, and that plan is priced for exactly one exam cycle.
Do the writing tries come with Plus?
No, they are bought separately and work on a free account too. Plus covers reading, listening and exercises; grading a piece of writing is charged per attempt.
